Celery is one of few plants that grew well in my garden this year. I have 8 plants I need to harvest today before tonight's temperatures drop into the 20s. Is there a good way to preserve it? If I saute it, then freeze it will it be good after defrosting. Can I make soups to can or freeze? I know I can place the stems in water to keep it fresh in the fridge for few weeks but I won't be able to eat this much in that time.
