Are gapped teeth a new hot trend?

I think it definately is in the modeling industry, especially in high fashion. They like those slight imperfections on a models face, like lips or eyes that are too big, imperfect teeth, freckles, a big forehead (Tyra Banks) etc. It sort of gives them a quirk, and it makes them stand out more. But that doesn't mean they can be ugly though, they still have to be gorgeous regardless of those imperfections.
