Name this horror movie?

I remember watching this movie a few years ago. It was about a detective or something, investigating this family of like mutants or something. The father could take his nose off, and he had two really fat slimy ugly sons. He had a train on his dining room table that brought ketchup and mustard around the table. I think there was also a roller coaster ride into a mechanical mouth that had bones and stuff everywhere. Thats all I can remembr.
