Small Claims - Label Plaintiff Exhibits?

It depends on the state. In California, if you are Plaintiff, you label Plaintiffs 1, 2 , 3, etc. Check with the court clerks office, and see how they want them marked in your court. Also, type out a list of exhibits, give the clerk a copy of it, and give her the exhibits to label (she may of may do that in small claims) and give a copy of your exhibits to the defendant and show the defendant copies before it starts. If the defendant does not wish to talk to you, then let the court know as you introduce the first exhibit, that you tried to show it to the defense. Good luck.
