Sims 2 pc cheat question, please help!?

okay so i dowloaded a pre-made house for the sims 2 from sims2.com. ever since then something pops up on my screen and says enable or disable content. i pick enable. i typed in the boolprop cheat. now everytime i go to click on my mailbox i dont have to enter the cheat, its just there when i click on the mailbox. how do i get that to go away? also i cant get my bills now b/c whn i click the mailbox it goes striaght to the cheats. please please please help me!
