Introducing my current siberian husky to a new one?

I would definitely get a male. Female animals of any species tend to be dominating. When there is 2 females and they both want to be dominant, they may fight. If you get a male, your female will be the dominant one and you will have way less trouble. Just be sure to get them spayed/neutered. Since your dog has had little interaction with other dogs, its hard to tell how she will react. Most dogs dont mind little puppies. I would say, put her in a room with a baby gate up and let them meet each other that way. Or maybe the person your getting the puppy from will let you bring your dog there to meet the puppies and see how she will react. Good luck!
