Can't remember name of tv series?

I've been looking on lists of tv shows formerly on tv networks, but can't find the show I'm trying to remember. It was a scifi show, on one of the local channels, and the gist was the main cast had special abilities, such as one man could touch a surface and make the atoms separate so objects could p through it.
