Do i have a chance with this girl?

there is this girl that i find really good looking and i like her alot but shes dating this guy for a little over 2 years but they broke up a few times during but now it seems like hes makin no mistakes and is gonna be around forever lol but i need advice on how to get her, i have a lot goin for myself im goin to be a fireman soon , im better looking then her boyfriend ( so im told ) and yea im 19 and so is she and her boyfriend is 20 but the thing is she barely knows who i am we met a few times thats about it i dont know y but ive grown to like her alot and this means alot to me so any advice would really help thanks
