Elements, Zodiac, and other seemingly nonsensical things?

you're right, it was quite a read, and a bit of a confusing one. what you're asking is, can you really be controlling or at least affecting the wind, yes? well, anything is possible. i know that you're a scientist, but at the end of the day there's a lot of weird s h i t out there. there's a lot that science can explain but there's also a ton of stuff that cannot be explained by anything we know, no matter how hard we try. so, maybe you are at least in some small way, affecting the wind. like i said before, absolutely anything is possible. you need to experiment. i don't know how, this is not my gift. you're the scientist - work out an experiment. if your experiment succeeds then you can draw the conclusion that you can affect the wind. if you end up with a load of meaningless coincidences then you know where you stand. good luck, i hope you get the answers you are looking for.
