I read that if you had a recent surgery laproscopically, chances are you can't have another one?

i had an appendectomy done and had inscisions in my upper right side where they will need to take out the gall bladder, it didn't heal well, would they have to do the traditional surgery due to that? i've had 4 surgeries thru my bellyon. won't this affect the decision to do gallbladder surgery the old way or new way?
