Does unconditional love mean you go along with actions that you believe are not ok?

Like if you allowed someone to use your car from time to time but then you started to feel like they were abusing the use and doing things you dont agree with so you tell them they can not use the car anymore and you dont want them to do those things you disagree with is this putting conditions on them?
