Ladies, whats your ideal first date?

Im going to ask a lovely young lady out very soon and was wondering what you girls would think would be a nice first date. I was thinking of Dinner and a movie or Dinner and bowling. Maybe a movie and ice cream. I really dont know what to do. Im in the midwest so its still pretty chilly so really cant do anything outside. Please help! I want to start it off right!!!
