I really need help with my English exam?

I need help with the exam. basically I have to give reasons what's hamlets fatal flaw and why he is a tragic hero and then I need to do exaclty the same for Jekell and Hyde and compare it . I have 4 hours to do this In school and I do not know how to start I of or anything please help!
